Pragmaticus is an independent online publication for political, economic, anthropological, philosophical, and cultural analysis. We are a platform for dedicated writers to express well-informed opinions without their ideas being hindered by editorial stances while maintaining high-standard editorial assessment. 

Founded by Politics students eager to elicit expression from passionate voices in howling unknowns of the contemporary political flux, Pragmaticus embraces a philosophy of rational individual thought and the extraction of value from history. You could say we’re quite pragmatic; after all, it’s in our name - Pragmatic Us. 

In line with our founding principles, the views expressed in articles published by Pragmaticus are the author’s and not inherently reflective of the organisation’s stance. Whilst rigorous editing does take place to ensure published arguments are not unsubstantiated nor inflammatory, this never alters the author’s perspective.

Pragmaticus is a publication for expression, contributing to knowledge production, research, and education. The usage of visual imagery is in line with UK Law’s ‘Fair Use’ doctrine, with all images accredited within the article with which they are associated. We endeavour to ensure attribution is accurate and will review disputes on a case-by-case basis.
